     A 70% alcohol solution (such as Guardian or similar 70% rubbing/isopropyl alcohol brands in a 150ml bottle) is commonly used for gentle, everyday topical applications like general hygiene, body massages, sponge baths, and relief from insect bites or prickly heat.
